Millions of children and youth all around the world live in such extreme poverty and harsh social conditions that they are unable to advance themselves alone. Many children in these situations possess huge potential, wonderful natural abilities, and personal drive, however, it is simply beyond their means alone to elevate themselves to success. We at Cultivate Hope International view service to such people as a moral obligation. When it is within our means, we have a clear duty to give and to serve the less fortunate. In doing so, we believe we will not only be giving children the means to a brighter future, we will be linking individuals worlds apart with hope, comradeship, and a purpose far beyond oneself.

By providing young people with the essential tools and resources needed to achieve a productive and meaningful life, we at C.H.I. hope to instill in them certain qualities aimed at elevating the individual and their community. Our primary goal is to help underprivileged youth in Rwanda live a peaceful and healthy life, receive an education, and attain their goals. In doing so, we hope to instill in them qualities of leadership, service, civil participation, hard work, and confidence.
